During our recent stay at Beach Inns, we had the chance to experience a nice balance of luxury and value along the beautiful Sri Lankan coastline. Initially booked into a family room without air conditioning, we opted for an upgraded room at just $10 extra per night. The new room featured air conditioning, a fridge, and a spacious balcony-definitely worth the modest increase. The dining options were satisfying, with tasty smoothie bowls for breakfast and delightful local dishes for dinner, notably the chicken kottu and red snapper. The beachfront access might need some improvement as the area was quite limited, but the nearby beaches were inviting. The staff, particularly Varesh, were attentive, and the management made sure we felt at home. The added amenities like the outdoor swimming pool, spa services, and excursions catered to a variety of tastes. For those seeking a budget-friendly yet comfortable experience, Beach Inns provides solid value without sacrificing quality.
